The Problems And Countermeasures On Executive Ability Of Statistics Law Enforcement In H District

With the rapid development of economy and society in our country,the public has raised higher and higher demand for the quality of statistical data and the level of statistical service.In order to adapt to the changing needs of the environment,China's legislature has perfected the relevant laws and the relevant government departments have revamped the relevant system.In order to better comply with the new laws and implement the new system,we need to strengthen the statistics law enforcement and play its role in improving the quality of statistical data.In the background of rule of law,statistics according to law is the basic requirement of statistical work.The vitality of government work lies in its executive ability.How to implement the statistics law enforcement policy is a question that must be reflected in the practice of public policy.Without effective executive ability,wise decision cannot achieve its original goal.The key to the government's work is the strength of its enforcement.And the key to the statistical work is the strength of the statistics law enforcement.According to such logical relations,the effect of the implementation of statistics law enforcement will directly affect the healthy development of statistics.However,some statistics institutions in terms of the implementation of statistics law enforcement policy has many problems,such as policy implementation in a disguised form,weak implementation and execution in low efficiency,and that may has serious impact on the credibility and execution of government statistics.This paper attempts to make a comprehensive analysis of statistics institutions based on statistics law enforcement execution factors,combined with the analysis on the existing problems and the main reasons of the Bureau of H District's executive ability of Statistics Law enforcement,and strive for the grassroots statistics institutions to further enhance the statistics law enforcement provide suggestions and countermeasures from the executive ability.Firstly,the introduction points out the background of study,the importance of research,the content of research and research status.The second part is related theories.Centering on the core content of "statistics law enforcement",this paper briefly introduces the connotation of statistics law enforcement,the connotation of executive ability,the influence factors and their relationship.The third and forth parts analyze the main problems and the main causes of the executive ability of statistics law enforcement in H District's Statistics Bureau.Based on analyzing the causes,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the executive ability of statistics law enforcement in the last part.
