Study On Personal Information Security

With the frequent occurrence of telecommunications network fraud cases,the issue of personal information security has once again become the focus of attention of citizens.From "Xu Yuyu by telecommunications fraud case" to "Tsinghua fraud case",telecommunications network fraud cases have aroused widespread public concern in the society.Criminals often have to cause social reflection,criminal fraud means high,or citizens' personal prevention awareness,or social,government insurance.The obstacle measures are not in place?Nowadays,the era of big data is information and network,citizen daily life,communication is more convenient,but at the same time,the personal information of citizens is also exposed to the network,online shopping,network registration,social platform...The personal information can be seen everywhere,making it safe to face the crisis,at any time in the risk of being leaked,and the disclosure of personal information is the source of the telecommunications network fraud.If we can not take effective measures to protect personal information,it will not only disturb the normal social order,but once the personal information is mastered by the illegal elements,the personal property of the citizens will be in great danger.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the current status of personal information security in our country,to find out the existing problems from many angles and put forward practical improvement measures and suggestions to provide reference for avoiding the harm of personal information,and to maintain a harmonious,stable and orderly personal information environment.Taking the case of telecom network fraud as an example,using literature and case analysis,through consulting books,periodicals,academic papers,network data,newspapers and other documents,collect and analyze real telecom network fraud cases,from the perspective of public management,from the government level,the legal level,the industry level,the individual level.This paper analyzes the problems in the security of personal information security,and puts forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government supervision institutions,improve the relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the self-discipline of the industry,and raise the awareness of the citizens' safety,and strengthen the cooperation of multi forces and the maximum protection of the personal benefits of the citizens under the leadership of the government.To create a safe personal information social environment.At the same time,I hope this article can provide reference for the government to further improve the regulatory mechanism,the relevant departments to further promote the relevant laws and regulations,related industries and personnel to further enhance their sense of responsibility and to speed up technical research and development,and further enhance the security awareness of citizens.
