Study On The Independent Development Ability Building Of Youth Social Organizations In Suzhou

With the economic and social development of Suzhou,youth social organizations are flourishing,such as mushrooming.At present,the youth social organizations and its initiated urban action,public welfare has gradually formed an important force in Suzhou public administration.Youth social organizations in the process of innovation and public administration are playing an increasingly important role in promoting youth employment and entrepreneurship,helping public welfare undertakings,to ensure social order and stability.Under this circumstance,it is important to study the status and development law of youth social organization,to exert the advantage and function of youth social organization,to promote the social organization of youth to be compatible with urban society,which has become the important task that must be studied seriously at this stage.The characteristics of the youth determine that the youth social organizations are not only full of vitality and creativity,but also prone to uncertainty,blindness and disorder risk,which often results in the loose of social organization management,so to a large extent they need to rely on the guide of government.Because the duties between the government and the social organizations are not clear,so the social organizations are difficult to make decisions independently.Therefore,the overall level of development is relatively low,.Based on the related research results,this paper through empirical research,uses the non-profit organization theory,the government function theory and the third sector theory as the theory tool,comprehensively uses the document research method,the interview investigation method,the field investigation method.This paper takes Suzhou as an example to analyze,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the independent development ability of youth social organizations.The problems display the youth social organizations have the lack of a formal management system,self-hematopoietic insufficiency,professional talents changing their jobs frequently and have a lack of Long-term Planning.And explores the effective path to improve the independent development ability of youth social organizations.To help the youth socialorganizations more independently manage,have more ways collecting resources.To create better environment for competition and communication among the youth social organizations.To give the youth social organizations more classes.
