The Impact Of Social Organization On Youth Involvement In Community Life

The youth is the most active part of the population,but for their effective involvement in the decision of the socio-economic problems and the effective usage youth potential in the interests of society and youth it is necessary that young people have the opportunity to evolve appropriate practices of participation.The most effective institution of the legalization of the youth social activity and involvement of youth in public life are social associations,which today are a crucial element of civil society,ensuring its continuity.In this regard,the studying trends in development of Kazakh youth organizations,needs analysis and the peculiarities of the modern stage are becoming relevant now.The number of youth organizations significantly increased in the Republic.In political parties youth branches have appeared.Thus systems of continuity in educating the younger generation are formed.In modern times the role of youth in society is constantly growing.Young people depend largely on the pace and character development.Therefore,one of the urgent tasks facing the governments of many countries is to develop effective national models of youth policy,while taking into account the specifics of social,economic and cultural conditions,the strategy of national policy of individual states and international experience of its formation and implementation.In this article I have also considered a model of youth policy,which exists today in the People's Republic of China.Our interest in the model of youth policy is dictated by the fact that in China there is no Ministry of youth Affairs,and the role of the coordinating body of youth policy performs the Chinese Communist party.The experience of the implementation within this state primarily indicates the effectiveness of the latter.As in any business,an important question about the staff working with young people.This issue is updated in connection the creation of special administrative structures.Especially the questions of selection,training and retraining of youth workers.And to encourage all citizens,working with young people,it is desirable to create a Youth Award in various categories.Youth is the "eternal engine" of the future.Therefore,Kazakhstan's path to the future is connected with the level of development,opportunities,value orientations,degree of participation in the economic,political and public life of Kazakhstan youth.The foundations of this future are laid in the present.Supporting young people is an investment in the country's progress.Since the first year of Independence,attention of the Head of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan NA.Nazarbayev focus on the issues of education,health,access to new information technologies,professional and personal competitiveness,patriotic' education,successful socialization of the younger generation.Today,socially active youth has a real opportunity to enter and progress in the public service,to open and conduct their business,successfully engage in self-education,science,sports,creativity and many other activities.Modernization of the state youth policy,carried out within the framework of social modernization of the country,will provide to young people more opportunities to realize their talents and abilities and will help to bring the living standards of the young Kazakh generation closer to high world standards.Young people are the life force and concentrated energy of a nation.A young person,as a socio-demographic group,are the main strategic resource of the country and occupies a special place in the social structure of society.In my work I also considered an important topic "The ways of attracting young people of Kazakhstan to science on the example of the Chinese Association of science and technology".Expanding the topic,I showed that science had relevant in ancient times,and it is relevant today also.And no doubt,that science will be relevant in the future.And I also was tried to show how the state and society and young people can mutually help each other develop,thanks to scientific organizations.Organizations become a channel of feedback between residents and government;also it does contribute to increasing the transparency of power and the emergence of citizens' sense of responsibility and constructive communication with the authorities.I suggest to my own country to createa Youth Organization of Science based on the example of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology and Technology.I would like the organization to pay more attention to the solution of many problems of society and show to the broad masses the ability of science to solve the problems of mankind and improve the quality of life.Science has found its reflection in many areas of culture and social thought.Achievements such as space exploration,the creation of nuclear power,the first success in the field of robotics.etc.Nowadays,we can say that science plays an important role in modern society,in many branches and spheres of people's lives.Undoubtedly,the level of development of science can serve as one of the main indicators of the development of society.It is an indicator of the economic,cultural,civilized,educated,moderrn development of the state.The functions of science are very important as a social force in solving global problems of the present.One of the main examples is environmental issues.And I would like that the youth organization fighting not only for the sake of the welfare of the government,but also for saving our planet from an ecological catastrophe.
