Analysis On The Development Of Kashgar Special Economic Zone From The Perspective Of Policy Implementation

Since reform and opening up,economic opening to the outside world has become a important way of rapid development around the world,so set up a special state in inland area of west China economic development zone has become China's coastal areas and balanced development of inland area important decisions.From the western Han dynasty to the present,Kashgar is an important base for commercial transactions between China and the west.Kashgar region location in the west and southwest of the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region in China,is a Uighur as the main body of the ethnic minority areas,has rich and colorful ethnic culture characteristic,is a land of civilization exchange and the fusion,is the ancient silk road traffic trunk road.Kashgar has the advantage of "five people of eight countries,all the way to Europe".China has established special economic zones in the Kashgar region to increase the economic and cultural cooperation and exchanges between Kashgar and south Asian countries.We will expand infrastructure construction and improve the environment for attracting investment from the region.We will use natural resources of the special economic zone to promote the construction of economic production in Kashgar.Kashgar special economic zone economic development is not only beneficial to urged the progress of modernization in Kashgar,backward areas,and is helpful for China to central Asia,South Asia,west Asia's vast market.This paper through the whole narrative of Kashgar,background and meaning of the economic development zone,set up and Kashgar,geographic location,points out its natural resources,policy,Xinjiang advantage,analyses the Kashgar special economic zone policy implementation of geographical environment and humane environment barriers,to the relevant preferential policies of the central and the autonomous region associated with the reality of Kashgar,promote the local economic and social development.
