The next 5 to 10 years, which is an important period of deepening reform, consummating socialist market economic system, and extending the opening to the outside world. During the 21th century, YingKou economic &technology developing district is facing a big opportunity, and at the same time it is also facing a big opportunity, and at the same time it is also facing a big challenge from domestic and overseas competitive. Basing all above, draw a plan for this district development plan, and concluded the vision of the year of 2010. In this thesis, I gave three core strategies: city-planning strategy, opening to the outside strategy and better circumstances strategy. This thesis had given the future of YingKou economic & technology developing district a directing suggestion, which is including economic developing, society developing, circumstances developing, nature resources using and ecology district, The whole thesis will be valuable to the developing of YingKou economic &technology developing district.
