The Research Of Law School Student's Role In Community Legal Service

After several decades of rapid development,China's economic advance into the industrial structure upgrade,economic growth model transformation of the important transition period.This period is also a diversity of interests,and the concentration of social contradictions in the outbreak of the critical period,the existing judicial resources with higher requirements is put forward.At present,the rapid growth of the people's legal demands and supply of limited judicial resources to become a contradiction.The report of the 18 th Party Congress noted that strengthening social construction,promoting social management innovation,and introducing volunteer power innovation into community construction.In this case,the introduction of community law as a volunteer service force to take part in community legal services,which alleviate the contradiction between the existing jurisdictional resources,is an innovative form of providing legal services.On the one hand,university law students have systematic legal knowledge,and could provide more specialized help for the community residents.On the other hand,law is a practical subject.Providing legal services for residents is an important form of practice for University law students.The practice can further test,consolidate and improve their individual legal literacy.The legal service model to create a win-win situation through innovation actively,make full use of existing social resources to create value,ease the contradiction between the existing lack of judicial resources,and can cultivate practical experience which adhere to the socialist legal system China characteristics of rule of law personnel.This paper takes the community legal service practice of the legal clinic of China Youth College of Politics as a sample,and makes an empirical study of the role of law students in community legal service.The study found that there are some problems in the community legal services,such as the lack of policy support and legal protection,lack of financial support and security,business ability is not high.The article puts forward policy recommendations on these issues.The research significance of the article is that through the more systematic investigation,it has a simple and systematic understanding of the objective situation of alleviating the shortage of social legal service resources through the training of community legal service workers in colleges and universities,and provide decision-making basis for how the legal resources of colleges and universities to participate in social practice of legal affairs,and better development of community legal services.
