| With the development of law in our society,students’ legal comprehensive ability become more and more important,but due to the lack of practical teaching in the traditional legal education in our country,it will lead to law school students lack of practical ability,and they will not meet the requirements of legal occupation.It not only makes law student employment rate low for a long time,and it also slows the pace of our country under the rule of law.Therefore,in 2000,China introduced legal clinic education to make up for the defects of the practice teaching of traditional legal education.Legal clinic education refers to the model of cultivating medical students by drawing on legal clinic schools,it advocates the combination of practice and theory in the process of cultivating law students.Legal clinic education has been developed in China for nearly 20 years,and it is gradually accepted by in the field of the law.But because of the influence of Chinese traditional education idea,the theory of practice teaching as auxiliary teaching mode,so legal clinic education has not got enough attention.Students and teachers don’t pay attention to clinic education because of rigid education concept.There are various problems in the operation of the law clinic in that hinder its development,legal education and legal profession will gradually deviate from the direction.This paper will start with the problems of legal clinic education in China,then it will try to find ways to solve it.The first part is the introduction of the current development of legal clinic education and the value of legal clinic education.The second part will analyze its problems in the development process and analyze the reasons,the third part is based on the analysis of the overseas practical legal education to perfect our country’s legal education,the fourth part will give some measures to solve clinic education problems,and put forward combining the clinic legal education with Internet to solve these problems. |
