Application Research Of Clinic-style Legal Education In Secondary Vocational Legal Affairs

As one of the positions for cultivating our country's applied legal talents,the secondary vocational legal affairs major undertakes the important task of cultivating our country's grassroots legal talents and auxiliary legal talents.However,with the increase in the qualification threshold for legal professions,the employment of legal affairs graduates from secondary vocational schools has become more and more difficult.At the same time,there are some problems in the current secondary vocational legal affairs major in the cultivation of applied legal professionals,such as curriculum design that emphasizes theory and neglects practice,and lacks professional characteristics;the teaching methods are mainly based on the teachers' "cracking duck" classroom teaching,the content is boring,and the effect is not good;Taking employment as a hero,and does not pay attention to cultivating students' professional sense of responsibility.As a result,the comprehensive quality of legal affairs majors in secondary vocational schools is difficult to meet the needs of society.Therefore,in order to better meet the current social needs,secondary vocational legal affairs major should explore new teaching methods,improve students' comprehensive legal professional literacy,and cultivate applied legal talents with good legal theory knowledge and legal practice capabilities.Clinic legal education takes students as the main body.Under the guidance and help of teachers,students rely on legal clinic to provide legal services to parties in real cases,thereby improving students' legal practice ability,training students' legal professional ethics,and narrowing the gap between secondary vocational education and social needs,and shortening the distance between students and society,which is in line with the current secondary vocational legal affairs professional application-oriented legal talent training goal.This thesis intends to introduce "clinic legal education" into the teaching practice of secondary vocational legal affairs major to enhance students' legal practice ability,cultivate students' legal professional quality,and promote the better development of secondary vocational legal affairs students.The introductory part of this article introduces the background and significance of the research,as well as the current research status of clinic legal education at home and abroad,which provides a theoretical basis for the writing of this article.The first part introduces the concept,characteristics and theoretical basis of clinic legal education,and analyzes that clinic legal education has the characteristics of being student-centered,authentic,practical,and applicable.The above-mentioned characteristics are in line with the secondary vocational legal affairs major.The goal of training applied legal talents.The second part is based on the investigation and analysis of the actual conditions of the secondary vocational legal affairs major curriculum,teaching methods,teachers,and professional skills.It points out that the clinic legal education in the secondary vocational legal affairs professional has realistic needs and practical value,and combines it with actually analyze the feasible conditions of clinic legal education in the application of secondary vocational legal affairs major.The third part combines the reality of the secondary vocational legal affairs major to explore the construction of the teaching objectives,basic structure and evaluation system suitable for the application of clinic legal education in the secondary vocational school legal affairs major.The fourth part analyzes the problems that may arise in the application of clinic legal education for secondary vocational legal affairs major on the basis of the foregoing content of the thesis,and proposes solutions to the problems.The fifth part is to carry out simulated clinic training with legal consulting service as the starting point,aiming to provide reference for the practice and application of clinic legal education in secondary vocational schools.
