An increase in the number of transactions on the Internet market makes Internet competition more competitive.After more than ten years of rapid development,the Internet in the market competition is not as simple as the original direct,more and more traditional unfair competition acts show novelty,forms and great changes have changed.The 1993 anti-unfair competition law has made it difficult to regulate this mess.In 2016,the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China(draft revision draft)clarified the general terms and redefined the legal liability,and enumerated the performance of several types of Internet unfair competition.These changes reflect the current demands of the Internet economy,but there is still room for improvement.This paper dissects the competition behaviors on the Internet,retrieves the typical cases,then analysis characteristics and main forms of the new types of unfair competition behaviors of the Internet.And on the basis of legal theory,combined with the status quo of legal regulation,from the legislative,judicial,law enforcement level to analysis the current existing problems,finally draw lessons from the typical national regulation experience,in the meanwhie,puts forward suggestions of regulating Internet new ACTS of unfair competition from legislation,judicature,law enforcement angle.The general terms have an irreplaceable importance,we should establish the status of general terms in the anti-unfair competition act;advocating to establish an administrative regulation system;In view of the multiple infringement of Internet copyright infringement,supporting in establishing a "blacklist" credit platform to ensure the healthy operation of the Internet market order.
