In the era of science,the faith of law can not only be discussed in our country,but also should be advocated and cultivated.The faith of law comes down to the faith of constitution,and it is the best choice to cultivate the faith of law through the faith of constitution.The faith of constitution is divided into four levels:the recognition of constitution,the identification of constitution,the trust of constitution and the faith of constitution.The object of the constitutional faith is the value embodied in the constitution.The carrier of the constitutional faith is constitutional text.The cultivation of the faith of constitution has important significance.It is the basic premise of the development of market economy,the inherent requirements of the construction of the rule of law,the ideal way of forming social consensus,the objective need to cope with the challenges of globalization,the spiritual support of realizing the modern transformation.However,there are some problems such as the problems of the ruling party,people having no enough cognition and belief of our constitution and the Constitution itself,all together not conducive to the cultivation of the constitutional faith.There are four main ways to cultivate the constitutional faith.The first is the leading role of the ruling party in the cultivation of the faith of constitution should be brought into play.Secondly,the lawyers should stick to and fight for our Constitution and laws.Thirdly,the constitution should play an important role in public social life.Finally,Searching for and transforming the gene of constitutional faith from our traditional culture.
