On The Constitution Culture And Constitution Faith

The constitution culture refers to people's faith, conception and emotion to constitution, and the choice of constitutionalism influenced by it. In fact, it is the psychology relating to it. In the discussion of constitution culture, the faith is a core concept. The constitution must be believed in, otherwise it is nominal. In western culture, the constitution and constitutionalism represent a permanent tradition, natural law faith, higher law idea, "the king is under the law" , the diverse restriction and so on, are already a long time. But as to China, the constitution and constitutionalism are all the new-bom concepts, how to build up people's citizen sense, and do away with the complex of power adoration, and then set up the constitution faith and authority, are still difficult problems we face during the construction of the constitutional government and the nation ruled by law.
