Research On The Prevention And Control Of Incorrupt Government Risk In General Undergraduate Colleges And Universities Of Jiangxi Province

As a sacred place for teaching and educating,colleges and universities are the place where they provide moral and intellectual education which can help students to grow up.If the corruption problem is frequent,it may cause bad social influence.With the enlargement of enrollment and the increase of income sources,there are many hidden risks in the areas of enrollment and employment,grassroots construction and equipment procurement,which directly affect the development of colleges and universities.Therefore,it is an important means to improve the internal governance effect of colleges and universities,and it is also an effective way to prevent corruption.To carry out the construction of incorrupt government risk control mechanism in colleges and universities,clear administrative staff and research teaching staff duties,investigation and the risk prevention and control,is an important means to enhance the internal governance effect and prevent corruption.The construction of a clean incorrupt government risk prevention and control mechanism helps to solve the problem of corruption prevention.For this reason,this paper mainly aims at the research objects of the general undergraduate colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper summarizes the basic theories of incorrupt government risk and its prevention and control,expounds the basic concepts and characteristics of incorrupt government risk and its prevention and control;classifies the incorrupt government risks as system construction risk,ideological and moral risk and duty risk;proposing the basic principles of anti-corruption prevention and control,namely,the principle of people-oriented,the principle of prevention first and the principle of openness.At the same time,it is necessary to ensure that the prevention and control of incorrupt government risk having the system guarantee,education guarantee and institutional guarantee.In addition,the basic process and content are described.Secondly,based on the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the present situation of the prevention and control of incorrupt government risk in Jiangxi Province,and sums up the problems existing in the work of prevention and control of incorrupt government risk in the key areas.The administrative staff,scientific and teaching staff,students in the colleges and universities were investigated on how to carry out "anti-corruption work" better.Combined with the investigation content,this paper puts forward the recommendation on strengthening the risk prevention and control in universities,mainly including the construction of anti-corruption prevention and control mechanism,the implementation of incorrupt government risk prevention and control mechanism,the supervising of full process in anti-corruption prevention and control.Finally this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions to provide some reference for the prevention and control of incorrupt government risk in Colleges and universities.
