On The Talent-Training Convergence Of Law Major In Colleges And Universities In Jiangxi Province

In the process of elitism to popularization,the scale of higher education in China has been increasingly expanded and the situation is more and more complicated.Talent cultivation is one of the important functions of higher education.With the development and changes of higher education,it has become a topic of concern for researchers to rethink the quality of talent cultivation from a new perspective.The author has studied and worked in colleges and universities for more than ten years,experienced the reform and changes of colleges and universities,and found that no matter in what type of colleges and universities,there are some similarities in talent cultivation to different degrees,and the problem of talent training convergence is relatively common.There are few systematic studies on the convergence of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,especially the empirical analysis on the convergence of talent cultivation in a certain major.The author believes that with the expansion of the scale of colleges and universities,colleges and universities need to reposition their talent cultivation according to their own characteristics,and talent cultivation needs to be differentiated and formed characteristics.In this paper,the means of literature research,content analysis as well as comparative research are employed to systematically analyze and discuss the degree of convergence,specific convergence performance,convergence causes and optimization strategies of the talent cultivation of law majors in Jiangxi Province.Firstly,the related concepts and theories of talent training in colleges and universities are analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent study and research.In the second place,this paper generally summarizes the present situation of law major and employment in Jiangxi province,and expounds the problems existing in law major and employment.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the content of Talent Training Program of undergraduate law major in Jiangxi province,and discusses the specific performance of talent training convergence of undergraduate law major.Fourthly,the author analyzes the reasons for the cultivation of law undergraduates and believes that the imbalance of government,universities and market regulation is the important reason for the convergence.Last but not the least,in light of these problems and causes,it puts forward several suggestions for the cultivation of law undergraduates.
