Study On Problems Of Citizen Participation In Current Anti-corruption Work In China

Since the reform and opening up,along with the high-speed development of economy,public officials'corruption phenomenon also shows a trend of high incidence.Corruption is the cancer of the development of society,so it should not be ignored.After the 18^th National Congress,the Party Central Committee determine to put an end to corruption,maintain the high pressure against corruption,with attitude of zero tolerance to punish corruption,resolutely to the honest and clean of party and anti-corruption struggle in the end.New progress has been made in the anti-corruption struggle.Citizen support and participation is an important part of anti-corruption work,our country encourage citizens to participate in the anti-corruption construction.In order to prevent corruption scientifically and effectively,we should strengthen the power restriction and supervision,support and guarantee of citizen supervision.Our country has the specialized institutions,network reporting platform to deal with citizens'corruption report,and constantly open and expand the citizens reflect channels,guide and regulate the network anti-corruption behavior.The paper takes citizen participation in China's current anti-corruption work as its object,uses the method of literature research,qualitative analysis,SWOT analysis,constructivism,observes citizen participation in anti-corruption in the world,summarizes the general significance of the experience for the system construction of our country's citizen participation in anti-corruption;combs China's current anti-corruption functions,our citizen's participate way and achievements;analyses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of our country's citizen participation in anti-corruption to overview its current situation;finally constructs our country's citizen participation Anti corruption system from five aspects:the whistleblowerprotectionlegislation,independentanti-corruptionagencies,malicious report punishment,information disclosure,anti-corruption prevention education,to protect citizens'participation rights and security,to regulate the participation behavior,and contributes to the development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.
