Research On The Protection Of Citizens' Right To Know From The Perspective Of Anti-corruption

Citizens'participation in the construction of anti-corruption and honesty is a way for citizens to cooperate with state organs of public power to govern the country,and also an important way for citizens to exercise their democratic rights.This is not only the requirement of the people to be masters of their own affairs,but also the requirement of comprehensively promoting the rule of law.building a country ruled by law,a society ruled by law and a government ruled by law.It is far from enough that anti-corruption work relies solely on the exercise of public power.We should give full play to the strength of the people.On the premise of guaranteeing citizens'right to know,we should encourage the public to participate in anti-corruption work,supervise anti-corruption work and realize the "anti-corruption synergy" of the public and public power organs.By elaborating the concepts of the right to know and the right to know in combating corruption,this paper studies the situation of citizen participation and the protection of the right to know in the construction of combating corruption and promoting honesty at home and abroad,and finds out the deficiencies in the protection of citizen's right to know in the current anti-corruption work in our country,mainly embodied in the ambiguity of citizen's own rights and obligations,the defects in the protection of citizen's right The protection system of the right to know is imperfect,and the relief system of citizens'right to know is imperfect.Drawing on the successful experience of foreign countries,new ideas are put forward for the work of anti-corruption and honesty building.The anti-corruption work should pay attention to the protection of citizens'right to know,so we should formulate the law of information disclosure as soon as possible to solve the problem of lower legal rank of the Regulations on Information Disclosure.To clarify the boundaries of information disclosure,the main thing is to clarify the boundaries of citizens'right to know and to keep secret in anti-corruption work,and to achieve the system of standard confidentiality,professional confidentiality,information segmentation,reason explanation and secrecy objection.To protect citizens'right to know in anti-corruption work,we should also improve the system of information publication,including information officer system,spokesperson system and archives system.We should also raise citizens'awareness of legal protection of their right to know,including cultivating citizens' public spirit,raising citizens'awareness of participating in the construction of a clean government,strengthening citizens' comprehensive education and enhancing citizens'ability to participate in the construction of a clean government.At the same time,we should not neglect the strength of civic organizations and give full play to their protection of citizens'right to know in anti-corruption work.Finally,we should improve the information disclosure mechanism and relief measures of the civil service system.Only in this way can we fully guarantee the participation of the public and the citizens'right to know in the anti-corruption work.
