Study On Xi Jinping's Fairness Thoughts On People's Livelihood

Safeguarding and improving people's livelihood,promoting social fairness and justice have become hot issues in nowadays society.Since the day the Communist Party of China(CPC)founded,fairness problems existing in people's livelihood has been valued seriously.Fortunately,we have made great development achievements in people's livelihood.However,we should also soberly aware that there are some inadequacies in the construction of the people's livelihood and fairness cause,namely,people's livelihood field containing education,employment,income distribution,social security,medical services,affordable housing,the use of ecological environment exists unfair phenomenon in some degree,which is due to the fact that the fairness on people's livelihood has not been thoroughly implemented.It is whether the fairness of the livelihood of these people can be better resolved that concerns the realization of an overall well-off society and the great "Chinese Dream".Since Xi Jinping has been formed,this new leading group has carried out a bold and resolute reform with a prompt and resolute decision and extraordinary courage focusing on the settlement of the fairness problems arising in people's livelihood.With consulting a lot of data,it was found that most scholars had studied the Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era from two aspects:people's livelihood and fairness,and have achieved fruitful results through studying on Xi's thoughts of livelihood and fairness respectively.However,few scholars applied study on Xi's Fairness Thoughts on people's livelihood.As it was,some emphasized on the content,some emphasized on status and significance.In conclusion,their studies on Xi's thoughts of people's livelihood were essentially incomplete,lacking systematic,comprehensive and overall researches on the Fairness Thoughts on the people's livelihood.On the summary of previous studies,this paper performed a comprehensive study on the Fairness Thoughts of Xi's people's livelihood mainly adopting document analysis method and system analysis method.This paper was divided into five parts:The first part was the introduction.In the second part,formative conditions of Xi Jinping's Fairness Thoughts of on People's Livelihood,in which ideas including Chinese traditional culture,western culture and Marxism played a role of providing theoretical conditions for the formation of the Fairness Thoughts of Xi.Practices of Fairness Thoughts on People's Livelihood during the period of CPC's Revolution,Construction and The Reform and Opening-up and Xi's self-practice all together constituted the practice conditions for Xi's Fairness Thoughts on People's livelihood.The third part was mainly on the main content of the idea.Xi's livelihood thoughts reflect the people-centered concept and wholehearted purpose of serving people.According to the spirit of General Secretary Xi's speech for the provincial and ministerial level leading leaders and 19th National Congress of CPC,the speech on topics in the seminar were divided into seven parts containing education rights,employment opportunities,income distribution,social security,etc.In the fourth part,discussions were mainly presented on the status and significance of Xi's Fairness.Thoughts on People's Livelihood,and the Fairness Thoughts on People's Livelihood of Xi enriched the connotation of the Marxist theory about people's livelihood and fairness,deepened the understanding of CPC on the idea of fairness of people's livelihood,developed the ideology of people's livelihood rooted in Chinese traditional culture.As we can see,it is possible to solve the unfair problems in the fields of education,employment,income distribution and social security guided by Xi's Fairness Thoughts on People's Livelihood.The fifth part was the conclusion,which elaborated mainly from macro aspects of source,content and meaning of Xi's Fairness Thoughts on People's Livelihood.This paper sorted out Xi's Fairness Thoughts on People's Livelihood and made a comprehensive,systematic study on it.This may bring forth new ideas for the study on Xi's Thoughts.
