Research On The Improvement Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers' Leisure Life From The Perspective Of Shared Development

It is one characteristic of the concept of Shared development that the new generation of migrant workers can share urban leisure resources,improve the quality of their leisure life,guide them actively integrated into the city.The popular leisure become the irresistible trend of Chinese future society,so the research object of leisure life should be extended to the new generation of migrant workers instead of being limited to urban residents.They gradually play an important role in the development of our country.But their leisure life situation is rarely mentioned compared with other social rights and interests.The special character and urbanization tendency of new generation migrant workers make the satisfaction of leisure demand and the quality of leisure life is particularly important.This not only affect their personal comprehensive quality enhancement,also is related to the development and progress of the society,more it is one key link in the realization of Shared development.On the foundation of expounding basic concepts and relevant theory,this paper will conduct the study of the new generation of migrant workers' leisure life guided by the concept of Shared development.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper discusses the present situation and the characteristic of new generation of migrant workers' leisure life,and on this premise to think about the main principles and practical countermeasures of how to promote new generation migrant workers' leisure life quality,then from the perspective of Shared development to explore effective way.This paper argues that achieving this goal,being of great significance in the process of urbanization at present stage in our country,not only help to eliminate the barrier between the urban and rural areas,to break the bondage of dual structure,promote urbanization of the new generation migrant workers,sharing the development benefits,but also has the important practical significance for promoting the fairness and justice,building a Well-Off Society in an All-Round Way,accelerating the improvement of sharing the benefits of development.
