In the current work of criminal investigation,case,screen,busting problems such as interrogation,the traditional detection method is put forward a huge challenge,in addition to the combination of video monitoring,data acquisition,such as DNA testing,the technical investigation methods of science and technology,still need to find more technical means to support the work of investigation,and cognitive laws of comprehensive test to find and crime path,from the psychological level to dig more potential was relevant to the case clues.Cognitive comprehensive testing method on the basis of absorption and improved many method,by introducing the multiple information point to fully test measured people's perception of cases and the corresponding emotion attitude,is one of the main test method in our country,to judge the case properties in the criminal investigation,the criminal suspect,dig case clues has an important supporting role.In this paper,based on the existing theoretical research,combining with laboratory research and case analysis,based on the comprehensive test of cognitive development,explore the cognitive comprehensive testing method is studied in the investigation of the wider scope of application,and in different case,investigation,test and effect involved in focusing on the problem,analysis the problem of the method is liable to occur in practice and should pay attention to the relevant matters of principle,and discusses other science and technology(e.g.,facts related potential ERP,functional magnetic resonance imaging(FMRI)FMRI,micro expression recognition,etc.)and cognitive comprehensive test method with using the feasibility and effectiveness of,which make the use of this test method is more normative,pertinence and scientific.To provide comprehensive testing method to improve the application of cognitive theory support,improve the level of application of the method,to assist in the tester is more scientific and reasonable and effective using this method,to effectively protect the innocent,fighting crime,improve the level of law enforcement and judicial,has important practical function and meaning.
