satisfaction with the people of contemporary teachers did not increase accordingly.A very important reason,is the well-being of teachers do not pay enough attention.The teacher education as a human occupation,will influence their study,especially middle school students,they are in the key during the period of the formation of values,the contemporary middle school teachers put forward higher requirements,so to improve the contemporary middle school teachers' sense of happiness is urgent.When a student met a happy teacher will have taught Yu miracle.The revitalization of education,teachers ultimate purpose of human life,the ultimate value,the ultimate meaning of human nature,the pursuit of happiness is the teacher.As a member of the human race the first is to society,a "natural person" identity exists in the real world,it is bound to the basic material level need,in otherwords,teachers It is a normal person in need.To meet the material needs of the normal and the pursuit of spiritual satisfaction,and the pursuit of better things,that is happiness.With "happiness","happiness","Happy Education" has become a hot topic in international academic focus on the present,2014 international active education alliance and put forward: "the fundamental purpose of education is to human happiness".Contemporary Teachers' happiness,is a necessary requirement to achieve happiness education.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part: discusses the basic viewpoints of Marx thought of happiness.Happiness is the real world of human existence is based on the theory of happiness;human nature;happiness is the guarantee of the liberation and freedom of human being;the ultimate state of social human happiness is the four part of the Communist society.Each part is put forward point of view,made an important theoretical basis and theoretical support for the discussion below.The second part: the analysis of the current situation of contemporary middle school teachers.According to the sense of happiness of contemporary middle school teachers' happiness questionnaire analysis of contemporary middle school teachers' sense of happiness.The status of contemporary middle school teachers well-being questionnaire;contemporary middle school teachers' happiness status description which consists of two parts.The specific contents include: the research contemporary middle school teachers sense of happiness.The fourth part: the analysis of contemporary middle school teachers improve well-being measures.Including: teachers create the rights and obligations of the relative social atmosphere;national security policy optimization scenario teacher occupation comfort improve teaching satisfaction;teacher education training school support;family members of the teachers' occupation cognition;strengthen teachers' professional identity the individual efforts.These five measures correspond to a part of the factors of contemporary middle school teachers' sense of happiness,so as to improve the contemporary middle school teachers' sense of happiness.From the perspective of Marx's happiness thought,the research of the contemporary middle school teachers' happiness,the contemporary middle school teachers should improve their cognition of the teachers' profession in the thought,and realize their own happiness.We will start from Marx's thought of happiness,firmly believe that the ideal of communism,establish correct occupation ideal,to reach for happiness.Especially as the contemporary middle school teachers,but also to constantly improve themselves,improve themselves,for our great education in the struggle for life.
