| Rural junior high school teachers play an important role in rural education and teaching,also undertake the task of implementing relevant educational policies such as "helping the poor first".In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to rural education in my country,and the issue of professional well-being of rural junior high school teachers has been paid more and more attention.Teachers’ occupational well-being is a factor that affects their work quality,as well as a major factor that affects their work motivation.The higher the occupational happiness,the more conducive to stimulating teachers’ enthusiasm for work and promoting the healthy development of rural education.This study takes how to improve the professional well-being of rural junior high school teachers as the breakthrough point,and takes 15 rural junior high school teachers in X County,Henan Province as the research object.The study found that love for the teaching profession,good interpersonal relationships,the stability of teachers’ work,and the growth and progress of students can bring happiness to rural junior high school teachers.However,there are also many problems in the environment and state of rural junior high school teachers,including the low sense of well-being of rural junior high school teachers in their careers,the low awareness of teachers’ professional dedication,and the fact that the occupational happiness of rural junior high school teachers varies in gender,teaching subjects,There are individual differences in teaching age and other aspects.The current rural junior high school teachers’ professional well-being is insufficient,and the main influencing factors are insufficient social support and guarantee,school management methods and systems need to be improved,and teachers’ personal abilities and emotions need to be improved urgently.Teachers’ positive feelings can effectively promote the development of educational work,and high-quality educational work can be transformed into internal motivation,enhancing teachers’ professional well-being,and thus forming a virtuous circle.According to the understanding of the actual situation of rural junior high school teachers’ occupational well-being,and the in-depth analysis of the factors affecting rural junior high school teachers’ occupational well-being,this study believes that to improve rural junior high school teachers’ occupational well-being,social support must be strengthened to ensure the implementation of rural junior high school teachers’ occupational well-being;Improve the school management model,create a professional happy environment for rural junior high school teachers;improve teachers’ happiness ability,and lay the foundation for rural junior high school teachers’ professional happiness. |
