Research On The Judges' Vocational Security System In The Background Of Judical Reform

Since the party's 18 th National Congress,people's courts at all levels in China have been under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,under the strong supervision of the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee,and guided by the socialist ideology of Chinese socialism with a new era of Xi Jinping.In accordance with the unified arrangements of the Central Political and Law Commission,it closely focuses on the goal of “Efforts to make the people feel fair and just in every judicial case”,and unswervingly advances judicial reform.With the registration system,the system of legal officials,and the setting up of a series of important reform measures in the court field,such as the Supreme Court Circuit Court,the author believes that the reform of the judicial protection system for judges is also an important part of judicial reform and should continue.The reforms have intensified the establishment of a sound system for judges' job security.Therefore,based on the current background of judicial reform in full swing,using literature research,comparative analysis and empirical research methods,this paper first makes an overall overview and analysis of the status quo of the current occupational security system for judges,and then compares and analyzes foreign professional security systems for judges.The construction of the classification summarizes some methods and systems that can be used for enlightenment.Finally,it boldly proposes a proposal for establishing and perfecting the system of judges' occupational security in China.The main research conclusions of this paper are:(1)Perfecting and recommending some problems that the theoretical system of the reform of the official budget system does not converge with the actual practice or that it is difficult to implement the system.(2)Based on our country's basic national conditions,we must establish a system of judges' professional economic security that conforms to our basic economic system.(3)In order to further improve the socialist judicial system with Chinese characteristics,it is even more necessary to deepen and strengthen the comprehensive protection of the personal safety of judges.Deepening the judicial reform in an all-round way is a major strategic plan made by the Party Central Committee and an important part of the comprehensive deepening of reforms and the comprehensive management of the country in accordance with the law.It is of great significance in promoting the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capacity.Deepening and perfecting the establishment and improvement of the ratio of judges' job security system is an important and indispensable part.
