The Research On Method Of Building The Relationship Between The Public And Police In District N City F

Under the wave of the fourth police revolution,the community policing campaign,characterized by the rational combination of police modernization and police philosophy,demonstrated the return and strengthening of the police service function.At present,building a harmonious relationship between the police and the public is one of the important contents of the construction of the Ministry of Public Security.How to implement the concept into practice has aroused wide attention from domestic and foreign scholars.However,the research on the path of the construction of the relationship between the police and the people in general is quite scarce and there is a lot of weaknesses and many gaps in the study of the specific public security organs of the county.Therefore,based on the domestic and foreign research on the relationship between community policing,public relations,public safety and public relations,this paper deeply analyzes the status quo and problems of the construction of harmonious police relations in N districts of F City,and try to put forward some countermeasures,in order to enrich the study on the construction of harmonious relationship between the police and people in our country,meanwhile help to strengthen the practice of guidelines of the F City N area to explore a more effective way to build a modest contribution.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis to clarify the relationship between theories,through the use of public management theory,social governance theory and Marxist mass and news propaganda theory and other theories.This paper makes a detailed discussion and analysis on the status quo of the construction of harmonious and harmonious relationship between F area N and other areas from the five aspects of the improvement of social comprehensive management,the increase of social instability,the lack of sense of mass security,the way of working methods of the masses and the guidance of public relations in mobile Internet,and conducted a targeted analysis of the reasons.Based on the advanced experience of some countries such as the U.K,the United States,Singapore and others and cities such as Hong Kong,Hangzhou and other places in China,the paper made targeted recommendations and concretely discussed them one by one to improve the F City N area to build a harmonious relationship between the police and the people,which including five aspects as strengthening the construction of police,innovation of community policing mechanism,dynamic optimization of police force allocation,strengthening of police specialization of public relations and strengthening of police public opinion to guide the construction in mobile Internet era.
