Research On Harmonious Relationship Buiding Between Police And Public In Wuhai

China is in the period of social transformation at present.the gap between the rich and the poor is increasingly widening,and the illegal and criminal behavior is constantly high,which determines that China’s social contradictions are increasingly difficult.The construction of a harmonious relationship between police and the people is of great significance to the police and The public security work.It is also of great significance to constantly meet the new demands and expectations of the people and promote social harmony and stability.Based on the Public relations theory,new public management theory and Public governance theory,This paper investigates the present situation of the relationship between police and public in Wuhai,public service for sanitation in Haibowan District of Wuhai,and analyzes the status,problems and The main reasons of affecting the harmonious relationship between police and public in Wuhai.Through the analysis of the successful experience at domestic and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions to construct harmonious relationship between police and the people in Wuhai.The first is to attach importance to harmonious relationship between the police and the public,including increasing the leaders’ attention and study to improve the ideological understanding of the police.The second is to improve the professional quality of police team,including strengthening law enforcement capacity,improving the satisfaction of the public,setting up special departments to resolve the public contradiction,improving the ability of the poeple working,resolving the contradictions of the poeple immediately,and furtherly setting up facilitate and benefit,establish a good image of service by police.Third,strengthen social participation,including guiding the public to participate in public security management,guiding social organizations to participate in public security management and improving the interaction mechanism between police and the public;Fourth,broaden the channels of communication,including establishing positive interactions with the media,strengthening positive publicity,expanding the influence of police,improving the news release system and making information public by new media;Fifth,formulate fair and effective performance assessment,including adding relevant assessment content in the existing assessment system and accept social supervision and evaluation.
