Research On Training Management Of Civil Servant Examination In Private Education Institutions Of Changsha

With the increasing demand for personnel from all levels of government in China in recent years,more and more young people have entered the civil service through examination to realize their ideal of life.How can the government manage the training industry of civil service exam more effectively,regulate the order of the industry,serve the majority of candidates and improve the quality of the candidates,which is a problem that the government and the civil service exam training institutions need to solve urgently.Based on the new public management theory,this article focuses on the complete management of Changsha government on the training institutions of local civil service examination.Through forms of questionnaire survey and interview,taking the civil service exam training institutions in Changsha for example,this article illustrates the current administration status of local training institutions,and reveals the various problems in the management process,including the legal system of private management mechanism being not perfect,the management lag and overlapping management,the qualification of training institutions being uneven,difficult to guarantee the quality of teaching,teachers team being not stable,admissions advertising having exaggerated suspicion and misleading consumers,false high training fees price,a lack of unified teaching supervision mechanism etc..Based on this,deep institutional mechanisms reasons leading to this series of problems are analyzed.At the same time,the management experience on management of some private training institutions in the more mature areas is absorbed,and to learn the innovation strategy of management at these areas to provide reference for the civil service examination training management in Changsha.Finally,combined with the training industry management situation of civil service exam in Changsha,a series of valuable suggestions are put forward: improve the civil service exam training management system,strengthen supervision and management of training institutions;reform training institutions themselves,paying attention to the improvement of teachers' teaching level,improve the quality of training,control training costs rising too fast,establish training industry association,regulate self-discipline of the industry and effectively manage the civil service examination industry for the government,which is to explore a right path for the development of civil service examinationtraining industry.
