Team building of discipline inspection cadres at the grassroots level consists of the promotion of professional ability,improvement of management system and strengthen discipline inspection and supervision to the cadres(includes leaders).Under the new situation,exploring team building of discipline inspection cadres is necessary to construct a clean and honest administration,put "three transformations" of discipline inspection and supervision to a step further and implement the "two responsibilities".Also the exploring is very important to enhance the credibility of the government.Investigating on the status quo of team building of discipline inspection cadres at the grassroots level,we can spot the problems when we get achievement.Team building of discipline inspection cadres at the grassroots level of W district in S city has a lot of problems,such as weak sense of self-discipline and responsibility,unstable state of mind,not positive,low ability on major and personnel structure unreasonable.The causes of these problems are related to supervising mechanism not to be perfect,incentive mechanism not to be perfect,lack of business training and unreasonable selection of talents.Under the new situation,we need to take steps on standardizing selection and management mechanism,standardizing education and training mechanism and improving the discipline inspection and supervision system to enhance team building of discipline inspection cadres at the grassroots level.
