Research On The Construction Of Grass-roots Discipline Inspection And Supervision Cadres In X City,Yunnan Province In The New Era

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,in the process of promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,our party is facing great struggles with many new historical characteristics and major changes that have not been seen in the world in a century.Especially after the reform of the supervision system,China has realized the full coverage of the supervision power of all supervision objects.In addition,it works together with the party’s Discipline Inspection Committee,which greatly improves the role of supervising,ensuring implementation and promoting improvement and development.This is an important step in promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.In promoting the work of comprehensively administering the party strictly,deepening the construction of a clean and honest government and the fight against corruption,the team of grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision cadres,as the vanguard and vanguard,is closely related to the quality of discipline inspection and supervision work,affecting the role of discipline inspection and supervision,and shouldering the ardent expectations of the people.However,with the increasing diversification of power,it has also aroused discussion on the construction of grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision cadres,From this point of view,in the new historical period,when the Party style and clean government are facing the new situation and new tasks,it is very important and urgent to strengthen the construction of grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision cadres.This study takes the problems existing in the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in X city,Yunnan Province as the starting point,combined with the implementation of the supervisor law,to explore more effective and practical suggestions for the construction and improvement of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.In the early stage of writing this paper,the author carried out solid literature work.The author consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literature related to the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres,carried out theme clustering,content analysis and other summary work on the literature,further clarified the innovation and significance of this research,and built the conceptual framework of the research.In the research stage,the author mainly used the methods of case analysis and questionnaire survey to go deep into the front line of work and explore the problems existing in the construction of the current discipline inspection and supervision cadre team.The research found that the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in X city has some problems,such as poor mental state,unscientific staffing,mismatched professional quality,unclear responsibility positioning and so on,This study summarizes five common reasons:some cadres are relaxed in thought,heavy work tasks,inadequate incentive measures,unreasonable organizational structure,single form of cadre education and training,and poor system and mechanism,which make it difficult to give full play to the supervision function.Finally,in view of the problems found in the study,this study puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: Strengthening Ideological and political construction,strengthening system construction,innovating cadre education and training,optimizing cadre echelon construction,continuously deepening the "three transfers",strengthening the implementation of the law on supervisors,etc.
