Study On The Prison Information Detection

As a special criminal investigation means,the system of prison information detection only exists in the prison and the detention house.It has not been known to the masses of the people because of its secrecy and concealment.For this reason,the problem that the abuse of the system has been neglected by people for a long time.The system of prison information detection has got the long-term use and development since the Han Dynasty.Its existence has a profound theoretical and practical necessity.However,with the increasingly serious crime trends,there are many legislative and judicial problems in the system of prison information detection now.These problems are more and more prominent and serious in our country.In the process of the investigation with the use of the prison information detectives,prison authority has many difficulties needing to be solved which have been exposed,such as abuse of power,lack of external supervision,non-standard prison information detectives team's construction.In this background,according to the system of our country's present situation and existing problems,based on the previous research results and combing with my personal investigation and study,I put forward the idea of perfecting the system of prison information detection.
