| With the accelerated development of Shanghai’s population aging process,the death population in Shanghai has increased substantially,while the existing funeral facilities,especially funeral facilities,are badly inadequate.Therefore,it is urgent to plan and arrange the funeral facilities.However,from the practical experience of both here and abroad,along with the people environmental protection consciousness,democratic consciousness and participation consciousness enhancement and the improvement of living standards,people’s attitude towards self contradiction is gradually emerging,which in principle in favor of the government construction of funeral facilities,but the facility location adjacent to the "backyard" with my family.Therefore,funeral facilities by the people to resist the inevitable in the selection process,the increasingly prominent NIMBY effect,it has become a stumbling block to the funeral business development,has become a major problem affecting social stability.At present,our theoretical research to avoid the effect of neighbor is still relatively limited,especially from the theoretical research for the effect of funeral facilities adjacent is still blank;in recent years,Shanghai City funeral facilities site expansion or relocation reconstruction project to promote slow,in game theory the government and the people trapped in the environment.Therefore,this article will research into the funeral facilities NIMBY problem,carry out the Shanghai funeral facilities NIMBY emotional influencing factors analysis and Countermeasures of the site,trying to form a marketing experience can be replicated,promote the funeral facilities construction site work,has important theoretical value and practical significance.In the study,the paper extracted the resident site acceptance risk perception,cognition,public participation and trust established four factors were carried out descriptive analysis on the quantitative analysis of funeral facilities,personal characteristics,social background and the effect of four factors on the location of funeral facilities and residents accept the correlation between single factor,and the residents of funeral facilities site acceptance by regression analysis.The main results and conclusions are as follows:1.hypothesis validation results.Gender,education level,income level,housing type,trust factor,risk perception factor,cognition factor,public participation factor and residents have certain influence on the correlation between the acceptance of funeral facilities location,this hypothesis was confirmed.There was also a correlation between the distance status and the residents’ acceptance of the location of the funeral facilities,but the correlation was not consistent with the hypothesis,which was not confirmed.Age,marital status,whether at home with children under the age of 12,political affiliation,occupation status,account status,and residents of the funeral facilities location acceptance is influenced by the correlation between little hypothesis has not been confirmed.2.regression analysis conclusion.The concept of cognitive and trust establishment,public participation,distance,household registration and residents of funeral facilities location acceptance into a positive relationship,namely residents cognition of funeral facilities more ideas,more open-minded,to the government,experts and media,the higher the degree of trust,more participation,residence and existing funeral facilities closer Shanghai,with accounts of people,they are more likely to receive funeral facilities location;residents risk perception and acceptance of a negative relationship,the risk perception that residents on the location of funeral facilities is bigger,the more likely it is not easy to accept it,and residents of the political affiliation of the funeral facilities location acceptance influence coefficient no,no further analysis.In summary,in order to solve the Shanghai funeral facilities location in the NIMBY problem,this paper puts forward countermeasures and measures:take measures to turn the concept,rational cognition;open,construction risk communication mechanism based on trust;broaden the channels,creating the full public participation system. |
