Research On The Crime Of Left Behind Minors In Rural Areas Of China

With the further development of economy and society,the impact of urban and rural differences is becoming more and more obvious.Left behind juvenile crime presents a growing trend.Left behind minors with the left behind elderly,left behind women are all the result of economic and social development imbalance caused by the flow of population,which corresponds to the flow of minors.In the minor crime,these two groups occupy a large proportion,left behind juvenile crime is not only a family of war,it is the society and state of war,which highlights the various problems of China's rural households and rural governance.Therefore,on the left behind minors crime research and explore further approach and understand this group,through the analysis of the group characteristics and the causes of crime can better reveal the existing problems of rural education,so as to provide the basis for constructive initiatives,have great significance to our country's rural left behind minors' healthy growth rural education and the improvement of the environment.This paper is divided into four parts:In the first part,through the comparative analysis of the rural left behind minors,the left behind children and the floating minors,we make clear the meaning of the left behind minors and the unique geographical and state characteristics.The second part,to determine the methods of investigation of juvenile delinquency left behind in rural areas,through the survey data on the analysis and summary of the characteristics and laws of rural left behind minors crime,including criminal personality age trends,the type of crime and subject of crime.The third part,based on the survey data and literature research on rural left behind minors crime,including family alienation,education malpractice,the lack of supervision and so on.The fourth part,summarizing above left-behind group characteristics and the characteristics and the characteristics of the crime and juvenile,on the basis of cause analysis,for the governance of rural left-behind juvenile crime put forward relevant measures,including emphasizing family relationship regression and the rule of law education in rural areas,build system of tempering justice with mercy of minor crimes related,strengthen the socialization of execution punishment,set up the prevention and control of family,school and the rural autonomous organizations and management network.
