In twenty-first Century,with the rapid development of Internet technology and mobile technology,the Internet is becoming increasingly low cost,but also gradually become an indispensable part of people's daily life.Network permits a convenient platform for people to express their feelings of expression,but also a new generation of social media and the source of the spread of the network public opinion.The public security organ is an important part of the government of our country,the public security organ directly carries on the social management and the supervision,often must deal with all kinds of social contradiction.Especially when dealing with some unexpected events,it is easy to cause the violent impact of Internet public opinion,if the network public opinion control and mismanagement,it will deteriorate as the crisis of network public opinion scale,it is more difficult to control,and the adverse impact,hinder social stability,serious damage to the public security organs and the government's credibility and image.Therefore,analysis and research of the public security organ for the control of network public opinion and Countermeasure of the guidance,reasonably and effectively facing and solving the network public opinion crisis,the public security organs to maintain a good image in the hearts of the people,promote social stability and sustainable development,has important significance.This paper firstly analyzes the concept and characteristics of the current network public opinion,and compares the management of the network public opinion and the traditional public opinion,analyzes the differences and relations between them.After the public security organs for reasons of the management of the network public opinion is expounded,and proposes two real network public opinion crisis case by case analysis,summarizes the current development of China's public security organs involved in the management and control of network public opinion.And then to sort out the existing network public opinion management and control work of the public security organ in question,based on the actual situation,to provide effective strategies and methods in the aspects of network public opinion management and control for the current public security organs.
