Research On Network Public Opinion Crisis Management Of Kunming Municipal Public Security Organs

In recent years,due to the rapid development of Internet and information technology,The new social platform,represented by MicroBlog,QQ,WeChat,BBS,Client,Social networking sites,Individual space,Tik Tok,Micro-video,Is developing rapidly.In this situation,network transmission facilitate the communication of different culture tradition fusion but also biring a problem,a variety of deep-seated contradictions under the influence of internet catalysis are tend intensified,users often express views and opinions of some events at all sorts of information platform,these comments are aggregated and eavened through the network,trigger a new media environment of the online public opinion that becomes increasingly complicated.Just under such a background,the research on how the public security organ understand and grasp the characteristics,law and tendency of network public opinion under the circumstances,in the context of the new media how to establish normal and effective media relations,build a scientific network public opinion analysis,analysis and disposal system,how to eliminate the social risk caused effectively by the network public opinion,has become the main purpose and the breakthrough point of this study.The 4R crisis management theory and the Life cycle theory of public relations crisis as the main view of thesis and theoretical basis of this paper,combined with the current work of the network public opinion crisis management of Kunming public security organs,using the method of case analysis and comparative analysis,poses a the existing problems and difficulties of network public opinion crisis management work of Kunming public security organs,including the working mechanism,technical support,team construction and management of new media,we-media and so on.By referring to the advanced public opinion crisis management experience at home and abroad,it is concluded that the Kunming public security organ should enhance the work efficiency of public opinion crisis management by strengthening the team construction,innovating the coping mechanism of public opinion,strengthening the technical support,optimizing the management of new media and we-media,etc.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part firstly introduces the research of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the crisis management of online public opinion,and expounds the background and significance of the research.The second part summarizes the mechanism of formation and development and propagation law of network public opinion crisis.The third part expounds the status and achievements of network public opinion crisis management of public security organs in Kunming.Then the fourth part using "4R crisis management theory " and the "Life cycle theory" to analyze the problems and difficulties in the management of network public opinion crisis in Kunming public security organs by introducing "Sun Xiao Guo retrial case " and "female tourist beaten in Kunming " and other cases.The fifth part summarizes and analyzes the experience of network public opinion crisis management at home and abroad;In the last part,based on the actual work of the Kunming public security organ,the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the current situation.In the face of the increasingly complex and rapidly developing Internet situation in China,this paper provides references for the public security organ in dealing with the crisis management of network public opinion.
