Tightening intraparty political behaviors and activities,is the essential requirement of Marxist political party,a fine tradition and political advantage of the CPC,and also an important foundation of the CPC exercising self-discipline and being strict with its members.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,in the process of strictly managing and administrating party,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as general secretary gradually recognized that the emergence of serious corruption problems has a great relationship with political life within the CPC,this environment.The stand or fall of the party's political life affects every party member's firmness of politics,thought,organization,style,and is always related to the CPC maintaining its advanced nature and purity.Influenced by historical factors,objective factors,subjective factors and institutional factors,etc,there are still serious problems in the political life of the CPC,and the main manifestations are vulgarization,administration,formalization and entertainment in the political life.The 19 th National Congress of the CPC clearly pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Facing new times and new requirements,the CPC must also have a new look which must come from serious inner-party political life.Therefore,tightening intraparty political behaviors and activities is the important content of strengthening the party's construction under the new situation.We should take firm ideals and faith as top priority in order to strengthen the ideological construction.The fundamental principle of democratic centralism should be thoroughly implemented in order to to uphold democratic centralism.We should take criticism and self-criticism as important weapons,and strive to form a good atmosphere of criticism and self-criticism within the party.The party's organizational life should be made as an important part to strengthen the institutional building of the party's organizational life.Efforts should be made to strengthen and standardize the political life of the party in terms of ideology,organization,style,system and other aspects,and strive to create a sound political ecology of clean air,and constantly improve the quality of party construction.This paper comprehensively dissects the prominent problems existing in the party's political life and the causes of these problems,on the basis of the requirements of the Party Central Committee on the major strategic deployment of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,especially about the Code of Conduct for Intraparty Political Life Under New Circumstances deliberated and approved at the sixth plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,carrying out an in-depth study of the basic issue of serious inner-party political life under the new situation with the thought and pattern of connotation analysis,meaning explanation,problem posing,reason analysis,and problem solving,and strives to provide ways and means for further tightening intraparty political behaviors and activities under the new situation.
