| Since the 18 th National Congress of CPC,Xi Jinping as general secretary has put forward a series of important new thoughts,new views and new judgments which has formed comprehensively strengthen Party discipline thought on a broad range of the party building and strictly managing and administrating party.Comprehensively strengthen Party discipline thought is a logical conclusion which was made by the new central leadership with Xi Jinping as general secretary fully inheriting and summarizing the basic theory and the historical experience of former party building and further grasping the characteristics and law of governing party under the new situation,new environment and new tasks,will point out the right direction to comprehensively promote the party's construction new great project and will lay the ideological foundation to forge of strong leadership core of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics further.Comprehensively strengthen Party discipline is a theoretical problem,but also a practical problem.How to accurately and deeply grasp the scientific connotation of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline,effectively guarantee the comprehensively strengthen Party discipline's principles and policies needing to be carried out to the all aspects of party's construction,and truly achieving the ultimate goal of managing and administrating the whole party,has become a new topic of the times with great theoretical value and practical significance.This paper is guided by the spirit of the 18 th National Congress,the Third,Fourth,Fifth,Sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee,and bases on the spirit of series important speech by Xi Jinping,insisting the basic principle of unifying the history and logicality,in accordance with the overall requirements of "Four Comprehensives" strategic blueprint,using the basic method of combining theory with reality,basing on starting point of document research,from the perspective of history of the Theory of Marxist Party to clear context of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline ideology,to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for more accurately grasping the scientific connotation of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline,and combining with characteristics of the times and practical significance of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline,will manage to put forward scientific and reasonable,feasible overall framework and branch path and strive to further open new vision of theoretical research of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline.This paper is divided into four parts altogether:The first part analyzes the scientific connotation,through the reasonable analysis and generalization of the meaning of "comprehensive",the topic of "strict",the objective requirement of “administrating party” and the core demand of "strengthening the leadership of the party",tries to demonstrate the scientific connotation of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline.The second part shows the theoretical origin,through Marxist classical writers and several leaders of CPC about(comprehensive)strengthen Party discipline theory viewpoint and basic thought study and comb,tries to clear theoretical origin,formation and developing process of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline thought.The third part illustrates the contemporary significance,through in the height of the Theory of Marxist Party,"Four Comprehensives" strategic blueprint and comprehensively promote the party's construction new great project further,tries to demonstrate theoretical and realistic significance of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline.The fourth part provides implementation path,stressing to make system analysis and discussion about adhering to the "superior line",holding the "bottom line",seizing the key,defining the responsibility,tries to put forward appropriate and clear implementation path of promoting comprehensive governing party firmly,and also embody and enrich the theoretical research results of the party's construction. |
