The so-called auxiliary police,is short for auxiliary police staff(for convenient,below in the "auxiliary police" generation refers to the auxiliary police staff),is one of the important auxiliary and added strength to maintain social order.With the improving of the level of economic development in our country,the change of social transformation gradually into the deep-water area,social contradictions gradually highlight of the people's livelihood,the high rate of illegal and criminal activities,local public security organs in order to maintain a stable social order,choose by enroll in auxiliary police,as the auxiliary police enforcement power,in order to alleviate the regular police force to make ends meet.Large areas in our country in recent years,the auxiliary police system is able to fully adopt and apply,auxiliary police team got rapid development,in strengthening the contact between the people,and assist the public security organs to maintain social order's stability plays an indispensable role,auxiliary police team constantly growing trend,and also at present,China's rapid economic development level and the change of social transformation gradually highlight the livelihood of the people of contradictory problems in the match,so the establishment of the auxiliary police and the team is necessary.However,due to the lack of the public security organ auxiliary police management mechanism in our country,at the same time of produced significant results,also appeared a lot of contradictions and problems,plagued by auxiliary police team's management work,in terms of the present situation,namely there are no clear definition,working mechanism,such as legal status confusion,problems such as unclear responsibility permissions,there are also auxiliary police career development planning and direction is not clear,feel free to participate in law enforcement management issues,such as further led to the auxiliary police unknown,management confusion,lack of security.The occurrence of these problems,if can't propose solving the countermeasure of,is bound to affect the auxiliary police team role play,and also set up runs counter to the original purpose of the auxiliary police,however,some parts of auxiliary police team is still not fundamentally attach importance to it,ignore the many problems of the auxiliary police officers,delayed in finding solutions to the countermeasures,which seriously hindered the healthy development of auxiliary police force.This article mainly from the existing problems in the auxiliary police mechanism as the base,focus on discussion and analysis in the standardization of the construction of the auxiliary police system problem.As administrative assistant as auxiliary police staff and the distinction between and their legal status and rights to participate in the activities of service problem the necessity,the post treatment of auxiliary police staff job security facilities,such as security and career development planning system to make overall arrangement,such as clarify the legal status of the auxiliary police to participate in service activities and the necessity of permission problems,post treatment of auxiliary police security and career development plans to make overall arrangement,etc.,to embarks from the thinking,seeking the causes of problems and possible countermeasures,better effective guarantee the stability and for good development of the society.
