On Zhe Perfection Of China's Criminal Law On Safety Crime

Food safety is a hot issue in our country today,which concerns people 's livelihood and social peace.China 's food safety situation is not optimistic,especially in the frequent situation of food safety crime,China 's criminal law in the protection of food safety and combat food safety crime,there are many legislative defects,and obviously lags behind the development of society.Specifically,the main performance in four aspects: first,the criminal law of food safety crime positioning is not reasonable;Second,the behavior of food safety crime is not extended;Third,the penalty for food safety crime is defective;Fourth,the lack of food safety crime qualification punishment.Therefore,we should start from the actual situation of our country,draw lessons from the beneficial experience of foreign food safety crime criminal law regulation,from the following four aspects to improve our country 's food safety crime criminal law regulation: first,adjust the food safety crime attribution,such crimes into the category of crimes against public safety;Second,expand the fight against food safety crime behavior;Third,fine penalty in the construction of food safety crime;Fourth,on the types of punishment added qualification penalty.
