Township female civil servants is an important part of the civil service groups.In the widely recognized by the community at the same time,because of their traditional social and other aspects of the career development of female civil servants towns face many challenges.The author Hui'an County township female civil servants as a research object,Hui'an County,12 townships female civil servants conducted a survey and interviews to get a fresh first-hand information,and the analyzes and research,pointed out that rural women in the civil service The problems in the process of career development are:the interruption of career,the difficulty of balancing the working family,the lack of professional burnout,the difference of traditional thinking,the difference of gender,the pressure of grassroots people and the obstruction of the promotion path.On this basis,Solution:in terms of social values:First,we must reverse the inherent gender stereotypes,and second,to strengthen the community's understanding of women;in the legal system:First,we must strengthen gender legislation,and second,to establish the township compensation mechanism;in government areas:a To establish a long-term mechanism for the reserve of young women,two to establish a scientific and impartial evaluation system,three to local conditions to develop training recruitment policy,four to further innovative training methods,five should pay attention to the grassroots level increase,six to improve the selection and appointment system seven to create a favorable environment for the growth;women in rural Civil Service itself aspects:First,we must pay attention to ease the psychological pressure,and second,the need for effective self-management.
