With the continuous development of the epoch,more and more women are gradually realizing their own social value.As an “iron rice bowl” career,civil servant has become an ideal choice for women on the career path.It is well known that grass-root civil servants are the most direct contact with the people,and their career development directly affects the implementation of policies and the role of play.With their own characteristics different from men,women play a different role in public affairs,grass-roots female civil servants in the civil service is special and important.It is of great practical significance to improve the overall quality of the grass-roots civil servants through their own advantage and perfect career development paths so as to promote their better service ability.However,affected by factors such as women themselves,traditional social cognition,and the reality of grassroots areas,female civil servants in my country,especially those working at the grassroots level,face many problems in career development and choice.The female civil servants selected in this study come from Renqiu City,Hebei Province.The research starts with a summary and questionnaire survey,and processes and analyzes the collected data through professional statistical methods,based on existing theories(career development and gender And other related theories)to comprehensively interpret the data results obtained and summarize the results.It is found that there are two factors that have a significant impact on the career development of grass-roots female civil servants,namely,self-cognition and external environment.Among them,self Cognition covers its job satisfaction,career expectations,planning,burnout,etc.,as well as its own capabilities;social traditional concepts,family burdens,institutional mechanisms,etc.are the main factors in the impact of the external environment.This article will analyze the reasons for the career development dilemma of female civil servants in Renqiu City,and propose a perfect path from four aspects of strengthening their own management,building a balanced family and working relationship,strengthening organizational construction,and guiding good public opinion,with a view to serving as female civil servants in Renqiu City.Provides professional opinions and suggestions for the career development,and gives references for the development of grassroots female civil servants.
