Study On Party Organizations Participate In Corporate Governance Of State-owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprises are the foundation of our country's national economy.The reform and development of state-owned enterprises have a bearing on the economic security and economic development of the country.The biggest feature and advantage of the state-owned enterprises in our country is the core role of the party organizations of the enterprises.This is due to the full consideration of the basic political,economic and social systems of our country.Under the conditions of modern enterprise system,integrating the leadership of the party into all aspects of corporate governance,embedding the party organization of the enterprise into the corporate governance structure and forming the corporate governance model with Chinese characteristics are the realistic problems worth studying at present.The key to the participation of state-owned enterprise party organizations in corporate governance lies in being valid and effective."Legitimacy" means that party organizations are justified in their participation in governance;"Effective" refers to the effective participation of the party organizations in corporate governance and the improvement of corporate governance so that state-owned assets can be preserved and increased in value while enterprises are coordinated and sustainable.Therefore,in this paper,the legitimacy and effectiveness of the party organizations in state-owned enterprises participating in corporate governance as the starting point of study,the study of the ways,ways and effects of the party organizations of state-owned enterprises in participating in corporate governance.In the first chapter and the second chapter,the author analyzes the current research background,clarifies the related concepts and reviews the literature,and finds out the current research on the party organization and corporate governance from the literature classification,The concept and connotation of the party organization,or through the empirical study on the single problem of the party's participation in the corporate governance effect,the relative lack of research on thepath of the party's participation,and the influence of the party organization on the corporate governance,Conducted a comprehensive empirical study.Therefore,in the third chapter and the fourth chapter,this paper analyzes the background and basis of the party's participation in corporate governance and the ways of the party organizations participating in the corporate governance,and constructs the relevant theories.In the fifth chapter,taking G company as an example,the author analyzes the practice of the Party organizations participating in the corporate governance in state-owned enterprises in detail and studies the influence of Party G's participation in the corporate governance on the business performance,safety production and labor Relationship and social responsibility.Through the above research,it plays a supplementary role to the lack of research on the participation of the party organizations of state-owned enterprises in the corporate governance,which can enrich the corporate governance theory with Chinese characteristics,which is of both theoretical and practical significance.
