Research On Traffic Police's Training Problems And C Ountermeasures In Y City

In order to further implement the spirit of 19 th CPC National Congress of Party,we will fo cus on promoting the professional accomplishment,actual combat level and law enforcement im age of the traffic police in the new era,and continuously improve people's identity and satisfacti on with the traffic management work,and achieve a full realization of the roads.,traffic smoothl y and people satisfaction.On the basis of the request put forward by the National Conference of Directors of the Public Security Bureau to "pay close attention to the construction of a working s ystem of 'big education' and 'great training,' and earnestly improve the overall quality and practic al combat skills of the police,",then comprehensively improve the quality of traffic police.It is a n urgent task to set up a high-quality traffic police team,that can meet the requirements of buildi ng a harmonious society.Based on Professor Sun Miantao's theory of education management,this paper tries to think and explore this subject from both theoretical and practical aspects,try to find out the shortcomings existed in traffic police training work and optimize the measures.The full article has been divided into four parts: the first part mainly explains the background and significance of this topic,the current research situation of traffic police training,some discussion ideas,content and methods of this topic.The second part discusses the concept of traffic police training management and establishes a basic theoretical framework for traffic police training management.The third part discusses the current situation of traffic police training in Y City,and finds out the existing problems in the theoretical framework.The fourth part discusses the reasons of the actual problems in the training and management of traffic police in Y city l and puts forward the optimization measures.
