Analysis On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Network School Training In Traffic Police

Training is the most important part of the construction of the public security organs,and it is an important driving force to promote the development of public security.However,the public security department has a large number of people,numerous posts,and large individual differences.The regular training of the public security management system is time-consuming and time-consuming,and it is difficult to meet everyone's needs and it is difficult to fully meet the needs of actual combat.To improve the lack of regular training,the ministry of public security traffic control bureau in line with the needs of the times,establish an information-based thinking,set up a national network of traffic police school platform,hope to promote online training through convenient means,rich resources.However,in the operation of the network school,there are still practical problems that limit the effectiveness of training,such as the weak participation and the lack of obvious results.Due to the relatively complete hardware construction of the traffic police network school platform,this paper starts with the network school management and system software construction,and considers the specific measures to improve the effectiveness of traffic police network school.The research of traffic police network school management is based on the theory of public management,and the application of public management theory to analyze the root causes of traffic police network school problems is the main idea of this article.At present,the research of public management has developed rapidly,and there are many theoretical views.However,the new public management movement is in the mainstream of public management theory and has achieved widespread success.Therefore,using the new public management theory to analyze the subject of this paper has practical feasibility and can obtain more social recognition.On the basis of carefully reviewing the literature and fully absorbing the main ideas and successful experiences of the new public management theory,this paper distill the theoretical views which can be used for reference,such as accurately positioning their respective role functions,firmly establishing the customer-oriented concept,making full use of performance evaluation methods,and constructing a moderate competition mechanism.Then,from the perspective of the new public management theory,the author combed out the current situation of the operation of the traffic police online school,and summed up the specific problems such as the poorimplementation of the management system,the poor quality of training examinations,and the lack of strict supervision and assessment.The root causes of the analysis problems are: vague management concepts of online schools,low work status of online schools,failure of online school training competition mechanism,defects in the online school assessment system,and the failure of online school rewards and punishments to play their due role.Finally,on the basis of a review of successful cases at home and abroad,This paper puts forward five kinds of suggestions for improving the concept of customer-oriented training,clarifying the position of functions on the basis of establishing a correct understanding,establishing a competition ranking system,improving the overall performance evaluation,and building effective rewards and punishments.In each type of improvement,several concrete operational suggestions are put forward,which provide feasible solutions for improving specific problems and improving the effectiveness of training.The main innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of the new public management theory into the field of public security police training and management,which enriches the practical application of this theory;Especially in the light of the network training platform of the National Traffic Police Network School,taking the problems arising from specific practices as an example,the improvement plan is put forward,which provides references for improving the effectiveness of the work of the traffic police network schools in various regions,and also provides reference for the use of theory guidance and practice for similar online school platforms.It has strong theoretical and practical significance.
