The Study On The Povcerty Of Women And The Approach Of Poverty Elimination

Recently,UN has been continually establishing the safeguard for women's human rights with international covention,declaration and Programme of Action.Obviously,helping women to get rid of poverty has become a global issue by the way that the protection for women's rights and benefit.Following the international tendency to eliminate povorty for women,our country began to focus on women's democratic rights and personal development and made the Program for the Development of Chinese Women.This paper concentrates on researching the feminization of poverty in China Mainland,and proposing useful approach and direction for eliminating women's poverty on the basis of and the guidence of Social Welfare Theory and the successful experience of eliminating women's poverty in Tai Wan and other countries.First of all,this paper reviews the evolution of former policies for women's anti-poverty.Then,after analyzing the exprience to eliminate women's poverty in Tai Wan and other countries,we illuminate the direction and path for women's anti-poverty in our nation.The paper analyzes the research contents by relevent literatures,the collection of material and statistics data which makes further reliability and depth in paper.And also,its creations come from two parts.One is that we study the path to women's anti-poverty and propose the suggestions from the perspective of social welfare.Besides,emphasizing fairness,justice and multiple subjects' participation on the process of women's anti-poverty is another part.Undoubtedly,the creations reveal rich theory significance and practical importance in promoting society fairness and women's equal development.
