Research On The Identification And Compensation Of Medical Dispute Responsibility

Through the study of the case,this paper aims to clarify some standard problems in the qualitative analysis of medical accidents,so as to provide valuable reference information for the treatment of medical disputes.The case of this case is rather tortuous.After many trials,there are many differences in the standard of judgment.Especially in respect of the standard of compensation and the age of compensation.So first of all,this article starts from the basic case of the case,clarifies the case's case,extracts the focus of the case,and then searches for the basis and standard of the similar cases by consulting the data.In addition,I often communicate with my tutor and find authoritative theoretical support in the field of research,hoping to get satisfactory results.This paper aims to solve two problems in medical disputes: first,the qualitative problem of similar cases.Is it a case of dispute between the two sides? Is it classified as a medical accident or a medical service contract? What is the theoretical basis for it?The second is to solve the reference standard in the compensation for such cases and to determine the specific age of compensation.After more than one year's research,this paper gets more comprehensive research results.First of all,in the nature of medical disputes,the criteria for determining medical malpractice are defined.A strict classification of the disagreements after mistakes in the past medical malpractice identification is made to make the distinction between medical malpractice and medical service contracts clearer.Then,it makes a deep comparison and analysis of the intermediate reference standard and the compensation period for compensation,and draws a reliable conclusion.
