In recent years,hospital cultural construction has been valued and achieved certain results.The methods,methods,and effectiveness of hospital ideological and political education have yet to be further improved.In order to improve the effectiveness of hospital ideological and political education and hospital culture as an effective carrier to promote the integration of the two,this article explores the necessity of the integration of hospital ideological and political education and hospital culture construction based on the analysis of the concepts and dialectical relationships.And feasibility.Taking a top-level hospital in Jiangsu Province as an example,a qualitative analysis of the current status of the two cases through literature,case analysis,and interviews found that the integration of hospital ideological and political education and cultural construction had insufficient understanding of the two and the professionalism of the staff.The major problems such as the lack of integration and the imperfect construction of the integration mechanism,and the analysis of the reasons from the four aspects of social influence,hospital knowledge and skills management,manager's own professionalism,and personal knowledge of medical workers,eventually put forward the hospital's ideological and political education.The integration path with cultural construction: to give play to the leading role of hospital ideological and political education to cultural construction;to strengthen the integration of hospital ideological and political education with cultural construction;to plan the integration of hospital ideological and political education and cultural construction;to promote hospital ideological and political education The construction of a dual-use professional talent team integrated with cultural construction;theestablishment of a management mechanism integrating hospital ideological and political education and cultural construction;and enriching the integration of hospital ideological and political education and cultural construction.
