On The Innovation Of Ideological And Political Education In Public Hospital Administration

This paper takes the innovation of ideological and political education in public hospital management as the main research object,combined with the change of public hospital from management to governance and the present situation of innovation of ideological and political education,and synthetically uses the basic principles of Marxism,political science and governance theory This paper discusses the basic theory and methods of the innovation of ideological and political education in the management of public hospitals,constructs the basic frame of the innovation of ideological and political education in public hospital governance,and looks forward to the future of ideological and political education innovation in public hospital management.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part defines the basic theory of the innovation of ideological and political education in public hospital governance,introduces the political,humanistic,public welfare and zonta characteristics of ideological and political education in public hospital governance,analyzes the relationship between ideological and political education and dialectical relationship between public hospital governance.The second part discusses the theoretical basis and ideological resources of the innovation of ideological and political education in public hospital management.It focuses on the Marxist theory of the comprehensive development of Marxism,the Marxist theory of ideological and political education and the Marxist theory of humanism,which provide the theoretical basis for the research of this thesis.Political theory,management theory and governance theory are the most direct ideological resources of this paper.The third part analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the innovation of ideological and political education in the management of public hospitals.The study found that the innovation of ideological and political education in public hospital governance was neglected to a considerable extent,and the innovation power was insufficient,and pointed out that the problem of lack of innovation in publichospital management and ideological and political education was pointed out.This paper analyzes the reasons of the lack of innovation in ideological and political education in public hospital management from the aspects of public hospital management system,public hospital target system,ideological and political education innovation and so on.The fourth part discusses the goals and measures of the innovation of ideological and political education in the management of public hospitals.The two most important goals are to promote social progress and promote the free and comprehensive development of human beings.It also points out that the primary task is to clarify the party,Government,social organizations and the public and other governance of the main responsibility for the already or future to the public hospital staff should improve the hospital entrance threshold,a comprehensive study of its overall quality.At the same time,government and public hospitals need to allocate funds and resources rationally to cultivate and play the role of ideological and political education talents in public hospitals,and ideological and political education workers should strive to enhance the level and ability of self-innovation and development.
