Study On The Farmers Ideological And Political Education In The View Of The Rural Cultural Construction

The18th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chinaproposed to build a comprehensive well-off society which mustfocus on promoting the development and prosperity of socialistculture and the construction of a powerful country in socialistculture. Rural culture as an important part of our spiritualcivilization construction, offering the spiritual motivation andintellectual support for the constrution of new socialist countryside.It is an inherent requirement of building a moderately prosperoussociety and it is an important guarantee for building a socialistharmonious society, as well as the effective way to promote thesocial modernization process. Farmers as the mainpart of ruralcultural construction play an important role in rural culturalconstruction whose presence is related to the process of ruralcultural construction and related to build a ambitious goals of moderately prosperous society. In the new stage and new century,due to the impact of international and domestic factors, with aseries of new circumstances changes in rural area, the farmer’sideological and political ideas have changed, some of them has aprominent problem in the ideological and political education, evendeviates from the requirements of building the modern spiritualcivilization. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen ideological andpolitical education of farmers, according to this group’scharacteristics and practice. Focusing on the idea of the farmers,through the guidance and education, giving full play to the initiativeof farmers, mobilizing the peasants’ enthusiasm and creativity,making the body carefully into the cultural construction in ruralareas. In short, with a relatively development of rural materialculture, in order to promote the coordinated development of ruralspiritual civilization construction, it must exposure horizons ofcultural construction in rural areas and strengthen ideological andpolitical education of farmers.This article is under the guidance of Marxist theory, theintegrated using of the theory of ideological and political educationrelated disciplines, education, sociology, ethics, etc., takingcontradictory analysis, dialectics, historical analysis and othermethods, basing on the actual Xiangning County of case, in the form of questionnaires and site visits, exposures to rural culturalconstruction perspective, and systematically explores the issuesrelated to farmers’ ideological and political education. The thesis isdivided into four parts: The first part is an introduction, mainlydescribes from the research background, purpose and meaning,review research, content and methods research etc.. The secondpart describes the concepts of cultural connotation and farmers inrural areas as well as the relationship between them. The third partis the core of this article, mainly based on actual research inXiangning county’s, deeply excavates a series of problem inideological and political education of local farmers that exists inthe rural cultural construction process, deeper reason is that thefarmers’ ideological and political education is weakening, itprofound analysis of the specific reasons for the problem offarmers’ ideological and political education. The fourth part is theexposure to rural cultural construction perspective, from theaspect of the concept, content, methods, and team building of thefarmers’ ideological and political education, explore the effectivecountermeasures to srenghten ideological and political educationof farmers.
