With the development of prepaid consumption in recent years,it has been closely related to our daily life.It not only brings convenience and benefits to consumers,but also attracts more customers and funds.In practice,however,due to the complexity of prepaid consumption subject,the subject on the info is wrong,etc.,and its unique characteristics,payment makes it in the process of development,a number of problems.These problems have not only caused harm to ordinary people,but also cast a shadow over the development of prepaid consumption.However,China's current law on prepaid consumption market is still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,it has become an unavoidable issue to strengthen the supervision of prepaid consumption market and curb the industry chaos in prepaid consumer market.Aiming at this problem,this paper focuses on the information disclosure of the operator,based on the relevant jurisprudence theory,and analyzes the necessity of implementing the information disclosure system for the operator.Then,it further summarizes the existing entity and procedural problems of the information disclosure system in the prepaid consumption in our country.In clear prepaid consumption on the basis of the legal nature of critical absorption in the United States,Japan and Taiwan's first experience,Suggestions for operators shall practise a system of information disclosure,by prepaid card of consumption and the actual operator as the main body in the disclosure of information,to clarify the relationship between government and market,protecting consumers and fraud as the principle,establish the real,timely,comprehensive and understandable disclosure standards.At the same time,give play to the advantages of "Internet plus",set up a special information disclosure platform and its supervising agencies,and improve the effect of information disclosure.On the other hand,it is necessary to clarify the civil and administrative responsibilities of the operator and expand the relief channels for consumers to reduce the impact of the information disclosure.It can also draw on the experience of the current "sharing economy" to construct a credit rating system that is closely integrated with consumers.Through the above countermeasures and Suggestions,we hope to be able to protect the rights and interests of prepaid consumers in our country,as well as the development of the prepaid consumer market.
