Analisis Of Incompatibility Of The Mexico Antidumping Law Under WTO

The Republic Population of China and The United States of Mexico have been realized economic and commercial cooperation for a long time.However,regardless of these fruitful achievements,as a result of unavoidable difference in respect of political system,ideology,culture and traditions,the disputes become more and more violent,which is obviously harmful to their harmonious relationship.Among those substantial divergences,the frequent antidumping-investigation started by Mexico has located itself in the first place.For purpose of resolution of this representative problem,it is necessary to study Mexico legislative system of antidumping,analyze these provisions that failed to meet the requirements of corresponding international convention,and at the same time,make a thorough inquiry of some representative cases,illustrating its unreasonable parts.In order to put the idea into effect,I will first make an intensive study on its legislation in concern of antidumping,and use semantics,pragmatics and its theories as assistant methods.And then based on the investigation,I will explain the results,establishing a stable foundation for valid defense of our national companies faced to the antidumping investigation by Mexico and practical consultations for our competent department.
