Research On Labor Protection Of High-temperature Operation

The problem of labor protection in high-temperature weather has always been a concern.In order to protect the health and occupational safety of workers,our country has issued department regulations to regulate this question.However,there are still some problems,such as working in the high-temperature period,refusing providing high-temperature subsidies,etc.In order to find the causes of problems and give some reasonable solutions,we will do the systematic carding of relevant laws and in combination with news,cases,visits to find out all problems and the reasons of labor protection of high-temperature operations.The article is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is an overview of labor protection of high-temperature operations.Firstly,try to define the concept and scope of high-temperature operations.Then,we will sort out the central and local legislative status to have a preliminary understanding of current regulations.Finally,clarify the contents,the rules of supervising and relief measures of labor protection of high-temperature operations,which will lay the foundation for subsequent analysis and discussion.The second chapter is the analysis of the nature of labor protection in high-temperature operations.The objective of labor protection in high-temperature operations is protecting workers' occupational safety.As an important social right,the occupational safety is important for realizing other rights and interests of the laborers.In addition,as an important content of protecting in high-temperature weather,high-temperature subsidies are typical labor remuneration right.However,it is hard to be protected if we treat it as labor remuneration right.So,we will try to change it into the right of occupational safety.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation and problems of labor protection of high-temperature operations.Combined with the report released in 2017,we will have a general understanding of the current status of labor protection of high-temperature operations in China.The fourth chapter is offering some suggestions to deal with the problems.As we know the labor protection in high temperature operations is to protect the workers' occupational safety.Therefore,when there is a problem with labor protection in high-temperature operations,we can learn from the experience of China's occupational safety,then make up for legal loopholes,and establish a sound supervision system.
