Along with the continuous progress of information construction of air force,the function of air materiel depots which serves as the basis of the air force strategic reserve has become more important.How to better use high technology to ensure the quality of the air material storage of goods,improve the effectiveness of military goods use,is the currently primary consideration of air material warehouse information management.This paper firstly by analyzing the various factors which affect the air material storage, summed up the temperature and humidity are the two most important factor.According to the air material warehouse actual characteristics of less soldiers,more warehouses and strong concealment,as well as after the spot investigation of material warehouse temperature and humidity control system currently working conditions,to design the air material warehouse temperature and humidity wireless automatic monitoring system,which based on wireless data transmission network technology,single-chip,digital sensors and relay compose the slave machine, real-time display the distributed multi-node information’s touch screen compose the host machine.Through the plan comparison,to determine the Zigbee as the wireless data transmission unit, using Zigbee to realize data transmission from the group network.Secondly,according to the actual characteristics of material warehouse,the system hardware and software are having detail designed.The hardware design mainly includes the selection of MCU,the digital sensor and Zigbee chip,as well as control circuit and other circuit design.The software design mainly through establishing a flow chart,by using C language complete the program design of the wireless data transmission module,the machine and slave one serial communication,the node heartbeat mechanism and the single-chip to collect sensor data.Finally,using WPF controls and C# language on the platform of Visual Studio to complete the material warehouse temperature and humidity wireless automatic monitoring system configuration software design.The configuration interface mainly includes four modules of the configuration storage node information,data update,control of temperature and humidity and historical data.The test results show that the air material warehouse temperature and humidity wireless automatic monitoring system is stable and reliable,can realize the expected function,and has good application value.
